Hourly Pay Range:

• Entry-Level: $12 - $18 per hour
• Mid-Level: $18 - $25 per hour
• Experienced/Senior Level: $25 - $35+ per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with tenant inquiries and leasing processes.
• Coordinate property showings and maintenance requests.
• Manage rental agreements and payments.
• Ensure compliance with rental laws and regulations.
• Work remotely while maintaining clear communication with the team.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of property management (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer skills for managing online records.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
